We offer both full-time and part-time positions, as well as seasonal employment. We hire for three departments: Clubhouse/Food & Beverage, Golf Shop and Green Department. CLUBHOUSE DEPARTMENT INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
The Clubhouse offers Undergraduate and Postgraduate Internship Programs. Primary areas of concentration relate to Food and Beverage Operational Management and secondary areas of concentration include Corporate Governance, Compliance, and Finance. If you are interested in any of these internship areas, please fill out the general application (found above), and send it in with a copy of your resume. On the application, please fill in "Internship Program" where it says "Position Applying For" at the top of the application and specify if you are interested in a specific area of operation. Caddies work for members at Kittansett as independent contractors and do not need to fill out the online application. For more information on the caddie program, call the Golf Shop at (508) 748-0192.
Green Department Internship Program
The Green Department operates with a small staff which will allow each intern the opportunity to get hands-on experience in many different facets of golf course management. For more information, please view the brochure or contact the Club.
